Account Deletion
At Siip, you have full control over your account and personal data. If you would like to delete your account, you can do so at any time.
How to Request Account Deletion
From within the app (android only):
Open the Siip app
Go to My Coffees > My profile (top right) > Delete Account
Follow the prompts to permanently delete your account
From the web (android or iOS):
You can request account deletion by contacting us at hello@siip.coffee with the subject line “Account Deletion Request.”
Please send your request from the email address associated with your Siip account so we can verify ownership.
What Happens When You Delete Your Account
All personal data associated with your account will be permanently deleted from our systems.
Saved coffees, ratings, and personal preferences will be removed.
Any purchases made through roaster partners will remain subject to their own records and terms.
Important Notes
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Once your account is deleted, you will not be able to recover your data.
If you reinstall the app in the future, you will need to create a new account.
